John Carrington
Managing Partner
John has been advising clients individually for over 18 years. He started his career working for the largest firm on Wall Street and quickly soured by the numerous conflicts of interest which he witnessed. He is passionate about doing what is right for the client.

John lived in Venezuela for two years during his college years and is fluent in Spanish, although he'd say rusty. He's seen firsthand the effect that disastrous government policies can have on a once-thriving economy and country. He witnessed what it's like for real families to live with hyperinflation. This informed and was a driving force behind his degree in Economics from Brigham Young University and what led him to pursue a career in financial management.

He is an avid student of economic history and how cycles affect asset classes and correlations. "We are really just living history over and over again. There is so much to learn about the future from the past as the dynamics of human nature don't change that much." John serves as the Managing Partner for Salt Wealth Partners and leads our investment strategy group.

John and his wife Martha share four children. They love to hike, ski, boat, travel and play tennis together!

Kyle Burris
Partner
Kyle has been a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) since 1994. He has served on the board of directors for the Financial Planning Association (FPA) of Colorado and the Institue of Certified Financial Planning (ICFP). Kyle's financial services background includes time working with nationally recognized planning and brokerage firms. He has a BA in Finance from Metro State University.

Kyle and his wife are avid grandparents, skiers, cyclists, and river runners. Kyle's wife, Elizabeth, has a love for children and teaches kindergarten at Cherry Hills Village Elementary. "Our passions include family and friends and taking care of those around us."

Cyndy Miller
Director of Client Relations
Cyndy has worked in the financial services industry for almost 30 years. She is a Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional™ (FTQP) and holds the Series 7 license. She has seen and worked through just about every task or problem that a client could face and approaches every interaction with a permanent smile and an infectious laugh! She is the heart and engine of Salt Wealth Partners.

Cyndy serves as the Director of Client Relations and leads our day-to-day operations and client services. She will get to know you, your family, and your pets!
​
Cyndy and her husband, Will, enjoy all the seasonal outdoor activities that include fishing, biking, and kayaking. She, of course, loves to spend time with her family, especially her young granddaughter, Presley, and her two labs, Mikey and Mesa.
